What is CVE-2025-34123?
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in VideoCharge Studio 2.12.3.685 when processing specially crafted .VSC configuration files. The vulnerability arises from improper handling of user-supplied data within the XML 'Name' attribute, which can lead to an SEH overwrite condition. An attacker could exploit this flaw by persuading users to open a malicious .VSC file, potentially allowing arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user.
