What is CVE-2025-34128?

A buffer overflow vulnerability in the X360 VideoPlayer ActiveX control (VideoPlayer.ocx) version 2.6 enables an attacker to supply overly long arguments to the ConvertFile() method. This can lead to memory corruption, allowing the execution of arbitrary code within the current process. Exploiting this vulnerability could compromise system integrity and execute malicious payloads.
