What is CVE-2025-34159?

In Coolify versions before v4.0.0-beta.420.6, a vulnerability allows authenticated users with minimal privileges to execute arbitrary code through manipulated Docker Compose directives during project creation. By executing a crafted service definition, attackers could potentially mount the host's root filesystem, leading to full system access. This weakens the integrity of application deployment workflows and poses significant security risks to the underlying infrastructure.

Affected Version(s)

Coolify * < 4.0.0.-beta.420.7

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
