What is CVE-2025-34188?
The local logging mechanism in Vasion Print Virtual Appliance Host and Application for macOS/Linux client deployments has a vulnerability that exposes authentication session tokens. These tokens, including PHPSESSID, XSRF-TOKEN, and laravel_session, are stored in cleartext in log files that are accessible by any local user. This flaw allows attackers with local access to extract and misuse these tokens for remote authentication, potentially bypassing standard login processes and compromising sensitive information.
