What is CVE-2025-34260?

Advantech WISE-DeviceOn Server, in versions before 5.4, has a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability located in the /rmm/v1/action/schedule endpoint. This occurs when an authenticated user schedules a task; the schedule name is saved and later displayed without proper HTML sanitization. An attacker may exploit this flaw by injecting harmful scripts into the schedule name, which are subsequently executed in the browser of users who access the affected schedule, presenting risks of session hijacking and unauthorized actions.
