What is CVE-2025-3481?
A vulnerability in MedDream PACS Server enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a stack-based buffer overflow, which occurs due to improper validation of user-supplied data length during DICOM file parsing. This flaw allows an attacker to insert malicious code without the need for authentication, executing it within the context of the service account.
