What is CVE-2025-40731?

The SQL injection vulnerability found in Daily Expense Manager version 1.0 enables attackers to manipulate the application's database. By exploiting the pname, pprice, and id parameters in the /update.php script, unauthorized users could retrieve sensitive information, as well as create, update, or delete database entries. This could lead to severe data breaches and compromised user privacy.
