What is CVE-2025-43821?

A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in the Commerce Product Comparison Table widget of Liferay Portal versions 7.4.0 to 7.4.3.111 and Liferay DXP from 2023.Q3 to 2023.Q4. This allows attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML by crafting a payload into the Commerce Product's Name text field. Such an exploit could lead to unauthorized script execution in the context of a user's session.
