What is CVE-2025-43892?

A buffer over-read vulnerability exists in Fortinet's FortiOS, specifically in versions 7.6.0 through 7.6.2, 7.4.0 through 7.4.8, and all versions of 7.2. This flaw allows an authenticated remote attacker to exploit the system by sending a specially crafted request. In doing so, they can retrieve portions of device memory through the redirect response, potentially compromising sensitive information.
