What is CVE-2025-46093?

LiquidFiles versions before 4.1.2 are susceptible to a vulnerability that permits FTPDrop users to execute arbitrary code with root privileges. This flaw arises from the FTP SITE CHMOD command allowing mode 6777, which activates setuid and setgid bits. This weakness can be exploited through the Actionscript feature within the LiquidFiles application, leveraging misconfigurations in the sudoers file to gain unauthorized access and execute malicious code.
