What is CVE-2025-48075?

The Fiber web framework, a popular tool for building web applications in Go, contains a vulnerability in its BodyParser functionality. Versions 2.52.6 and earlier allow user-provided data to cause a panic when negative indices are used in nested slices. This unintended behavior can disrupt services relying on BodyParser, potentially leading to denial of service for applications utilizing this feature. The vulnerability has been addressed in version 2.52.7.
