What is CVE-2025-50197?

The Chamilo Learning Management System is susceptible to an OS Command Injection vulnerability located in the file /main/admin/sub_language_ajax.inc.php. This vulnerability arises through improper handling of the POST parameter 'new_language'. It allows an attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands on the server, potentially compromising the system's integrity. The issue has been resolved in version 1.11.30, so users are strongly advised to upgrade to this release to mitigate the security risk.
