OS Command Injection Vulnerability in WeGIA Web Manager for Charitable Institutions
CVE-2025-50201
What is CVE-2025-50201?
WeGIA, a web management tool for charitable organizations, was found to have an OS Command Injection vulnerability in the /html/configuracao/debug_info.php endpoint prior to version 3.4.2. This security flaw arises from inadequate sanitization of the branch parameter, which may lead to unauthorized execution of arbitrary commands on the server, running with the privileges of the web server user (www-data). As a result, unauthenticated attackers could exploit this weakness, potentially compromising the entire server. Users are urged to update to version 3.4.2 or later to mitigate this risk.
