What is CVE-2025-50202?
A path traversal vulnerability in Lychee, a free photo-management tool, exists in versions from 6.6.6 to 6.6.9. This issue allows attackers to infiltrate the system and access local files, including environment variables, logged nginx data, images uploaded by other users, and sensitive configuration secrets. The vulnerability stems from a flaw in the SecurePathController.php file. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to version 6.6.10 or later, where this vulnerability has been addressed.
