What is CVE-2025-51462?

A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in RAGFlow version 0.17.2, affecting the api.apps.dialog_app.set_dialog endpoint. This flaw allows remote attackers to insert arbitrary JavaScript code via the assistant greeting field, which is then stored unsanitized. When rendered in a markdown component using rehype-raw, the malicious script can lead to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
