What is CVE-2025-5159?

A path traversal vulnerability exists in H3C SecCenter SMP-E1114P02 versions up to 20250513, specifically in the file download function of the configuration endpoint (/cfgFile/1/download). This vulnerability allows an attacker to manipulate the 'Name' argument to access files outside of the intended directory. The exploit can be executed remotely, posing a significant risk for unauthorized access to sensitive files.
