What is CVE-2025-53514?
The Mattermost Confluence Plugin prior to version 1.5.0 is susceptible to an improper input validation vulnerability. This flaw occurs when the plugin fails to effectively handle unexpected request bodies, allowing malicious actors to send a series of invalid requests. By continuously targeting the server's webhook endpoint, an attacker can induce crashes, leading to service interruptions and degraded functionality.
