What is CVE-2025-53853?
A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the ISHNE parsing functionality of the Biosig Project's libbiosig. When processing a specifically crafted ISHNE ECG annotations file, this vulnerability allows the potential execution of arbitrary code. An attacker could exploit this flaw by providing malicious files to target systems, thereby compromising their integrity and security.
