What is CVE-2025-53946?

WeGIA, an open-source web management tool designed for Portuguese-speaking charitable organizations, has been found to have a SQL Injection vulnerability. This flaw exists in the id_funcionario parameter of the /html/saude/profile_paciente.php endpoint in versions before 3.4.5. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to manipulate SQL queries, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive database information, including table structures and confidential data. The issue has been addressed in version 3.4.5, which provides much-needed security enhancements.
