What is CVE-2025-5447?
A vulnerability exists in several models of Linksys wireless extenders, allowing an attacker to exploit the ssid1MACFilter function in the /goform/ssid1MACFilter file. By manipulating the parameters apselect_%d/newap_text_%d, remote code execution may be achieved through OS command injection. This vulnerability has been publicly disclosed, and the vendor has not provided a response to initial reports.
