What is CVE-2025-54482?
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified within the MFER parsing functionality of the libbiosig library, specifically in version 3.9.0 and the current master branch. By crafting a malicious MFER file, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on an affected system.
