What is CVE-2025-5456?
A buffer over-read vulnerability exists in Ivanti Connect Secure and other Ivanti products. This flaw allows remote unauthenticated attackers to read beyond the intended buffer boundaries, potentially leading to sensitive information disclosure and a denial of service condition. The affected products include multiple versions of Ivanti Connect Secure, Ivanti Policy Secure, Ivanti ZTA Gateway, and Ivanti Neurons for Secure Access. A patch was deployed on August 2, 2025, to address this vulnerability.
