What is CVE-2025-5502?

A command injection vulnerability has been discovered in the TOTOLINK X15, specifically in the formMapReboot function located in the /boafrm/formMapReboot file. This weakness arises from improper handling of the deviceMacAddr argument, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary commands remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and could be leveraged by attackers to compromise the affected device without requiring any local access.
