What is CVE-2025-57776?

The out of bounds write vulnerability in Digilent DASYLab arises from insufficient bounds checking when parsing specially crafted DSB files. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate memory allocation, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker must convince a user to open a rogue DSB file, which can compromise system integrity and security. This vulnerability affects all versions of DASYLab.
