What is CVE-2025-57805?

The Scratch Channel News Website has a significant issue affecting versions 1 and 1.1 that allows attackers to exploit a POST request to the article publishing endpoint. This vulnerability enables unauthorized users to publish articles across any category and assign arbitrary publication dates, bypassing authentication and authorization controls. A fix has been released in version 1.2 to address this security risk.
