What is CVE-2025-58090?

Multiple reflected cross-site scripting vulnerabilities exist in the config.php functionality of MedDream PACS Premium. Specially crafted malicious URLs can exploit these vulnerabilities, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the context of the user's browser. These vulnerabilities specifically target the uploaddir parameter, enabling attackers to craft URLs that lead unsuspecting users to execute harmful scripts.
