What is CVE-2025-58091?

Multiple reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities have been identified in the config.php functionality of MedDream PACS Premium version 7.3.6.870. These vulnerabilities allow attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript code through specially crafted malicious URLs that manipulate the thumbnaildir parameter. By exploiting these vulnerabilities, an attacker can lead unsuspecting users to open harmful links that may compromise their sensitive information and system integrity.
