What is CVE-2025-58092?

MedDream PACS Premium version 7.3.6.870 is susceptible to multiple reflected cross-site scripting vulnerabilities stemming from its config.php functionality. By crafting specific malicious URLs that manipulate the phpexe parameter, attackers can execute arbitrary JavaScript code within the browser context of users. This exploitation can potentially lead to a variety of security consequences, including data theft and session hijacking.
