What is CVE-2025-58112?

A vulnerability in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) 1612 (9.0.2.3034) allows an attacker with specific privileges to upload a malicious .rdl file, triggering the SQL Server Reporting Service to execute arbitrary SQL commands. If a user has previously loaded the malicious rdl file, the requirement for the Add Reporting Services Reports privilege may be circumvented. This vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data, linked servers, and potentially execute operating system commands, posing significant risks to database integrity and security.
