What is CVE-2025-59099?

The CompactWebServer used by Dormakaba's Access Manager contains a path traversal vulnerability that permits unauthenticated attackers to obtain sensitive files through direct GET requests. This can lead to the disclosure of critical data, including the SQLite database containing badge information and PIN codes. Furthermore, sending requests to certain files can crash the web server, creating a denial of service scenario as it becomes unresponsive for approximately 60 seconds.
