What is CVE-2025-59413?
CubeCart, an e-commerce platform, has a logic flaw in its newsletter subscription endpoint that enables a malicious actor to unsubscribe users without their permission. By manipulating the 'force_unsubscribe' parameter in the POST request, an attacker can effectively remove any subscriber's email from the list. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to user privacy and trust. The issue has been resolved in version 6.5.11, where appropriate measures were implemented to secure the subscription process against unauthorized operations.
