What is CVE-2025-60469?

A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in the gf_ac4_presentation_ch_mode function located in av_parsers.c of GPAC Project's MP4Box prior to version 2.5. This flaw can be exploited by attackers to trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) by supplying a specially crafted AC4 file, potentially compromising the stability of applications utilizing this media processing tool.
