What is CVE-2025-60494?

A segmentation violation occurs in the gf_props_equal_internal function located in /filter_core/filter_props.c of GPAC Project's MP4Box prior to version 2.5. This vulnerability allows attackers to craft specific data files, which may lead to a Denial of Service. When exploited, it interrupts the normal processing of the application, potentially causing crashes and rendering the service unusable.
