What is CVE-2025-61674?

October CMS has revealed a cross-site scripting vulnerability in its backend configuration forms. This issue allows users with Global Editor Settings permission to inject malicious HTML or JavaScript into the stylesheet input in Markup Styles. The vulnerability permits the crafted input to escape the intended context, leading to arbitrary script execution across backend pages for all users. This critical security issue has been resolved in versions 3.7.13 and 4.0.12.
