What is CVE-2025-61979?

An out-of-bounds read vulnerability is present in the EMF functionality of Canva Affinity. Attackers can exploit this flaw by leveraging specially crafted EMF files, which may permit them to read beyond the designated memory bounds. This could ultimately result in the inadvertent exposure of sensitive information, posing significant risks to users and systems relying on Canva Affinity for their design needs.
