What is CVE-2025-62613?

VDO.Ninja, a tool for integrating remote video feeds into OBS and other studio software, is affected by a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in versions 28.0 through 28.3. The flaw arises from improper sanitization of the 'room' parameter in examples/control.html, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts that may lead to session hijacking or other malicious actions when rendered in users' browsers. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 28.4, where this vulnerability has been addressed.
