What is CVE-2025-63080?

The firmware in KAON PG5298A and PG5298B routers has a security flaw that allows an authenticated user to send crafted JSON-RPC requests to perform unauthorized operations. This includes the ability to read system files or execute commands that are not permitted through the graphical user interface (GUI). Users are advised to upgrade to firmware version 3.0.82 for PG5298A and version 4.0.82 for PG5298B to mitigate this vulnerability.
