What is CVE-2025-64466?

An out of bounds read vulnerability exists in NI LabVIEW within the lvre!ExecPostedProcRecPost() function when handling a corrupted VI file. This flaw may allow attackers to exploit the vulnerability if they can convince a user to open a specially crafted VI file. The successful execution of this attack can potentially lead to information disclosure or the execution of arbitrary code, compromising the integrity and confidentiality of the system. This issue affects NI LabVIEW 2025 Q3 (25.3) and earlier versions.
