What is CVE-2025-65075?

The WaveView client has a path traversal vulnerability that allows privileged attackers to manipulate files on the WaveStore Server. This flaw enables an attacker, who possesses high privileges, to read or delete files in the server's file system using the dvr user permissions. The vulnerability arises from insufficient validation of user input in the alog script allowing access to restricted file paths. This issue is addressed in version 6.44.44.
