What is CVE-2025-65518?

Plesk Obsidian versions 8.0.1 through 18.0.73 are exposed to a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability originating from the get_password.php endpoint. This flaw allows attackers to send specially crafted requests containing malicious payloads, which can lead to a continuous reload of the affected web interface. As a result, the service becomes unavailable, hindering legitimate user access and causing significant disruption. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely without the need for authentication, emphasizing the need for prompt security measures to mitigate potential impacts on affected systems.
