What is CVE-2025-65621?
The vulnerability allows low-privileged authenticated users of Snipe-IT, prior to version 8.3.4, to perform stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. By injecting malicious JavaScript code, an attacker can execute scripts within the context of an administrator's session. This could potentially enable unauthorized actions or access sensitive information, leading to privilege escalation and compromising the application's integrity.
