What is CVE-2025-66256?
The Mozart FM Transmitter from DB Electronica Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. is exposed to an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability via the patch_contents.php endpoint. This vulnerability allows attackers to upload any type of file without proper server-side validation, posing a significant risk. The absence of file type enforcement, MIME type checking, and file size restrictions (beyond 16MB) creates avenues for malicious entities to upload harmful files that can compromise system integrity and security.
