What is CVE-2025-66501?

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in the Foxit eSign tool on pdfonline.foxit.com, specifically within its Predefined Text feature. This vulnerability allows an attacker to store a malicious payload through the Identity 'First Name' field. Subsequently, this payload is rendered into the document Object Model (DOM) without adequate sanitization. As a result, when users load predefined text or access document properties, the injected script may execute, potentially compromising the security of the application and its users.
