What is CVE-2025-66522?

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw exists in the Digital IDs feature of Foxit PDF Editor Cloud. The application inadequately sanitizes the Common Name field of Digital IDs, allowing attackers to inject malicious HTML or JavaScript. This vulnerability can lead to the execution of unauthorized scripts when the Digital IDs dialog is accessed or when an affected PDF is opened, posing significant risks to user security and data privacy.
