What is CVE-2025-7279?

The IrfanView CADImage Plugin is susceptible to a vulnerability stemming from improper validation of CGM file inputs. This flaw can lead to out-of-bounds memory access, enabling remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected systems, contingent upon user interaction.
