What is CVE-2025-7738?

A vulnerability in Ansible Automation Platform allows the Gateway API to return client secrets for certain GitHub Enterprise authenticators in clear text. This exposure poses a significant risk, especially for administrators and auditors accessing authenticator configurations. Although the affected users have privileged access, the potential for accidental leaks or misuse of sensitive credentials necessitates immediate attention and remediation to protect against unauthorized access.
