What is CVE-2025-7815?

A cross site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the PHPGurukul Apartment Visitors Management System 1.0. This flaw is associated with the HTTP POST Request Handler found in the file /manage-newvisitors.php, where improper processing of the 'visname' argument can be exploited remotely by an attacker. The vulnerability could allow for unauthorized scripts to be executed in the context of the user's browser session, potentially compromising sensitive information. Other parameters might also be vulnerable, increasing the risk of exploitation.
