A cross site scripting vulnerability exists in RuoYi by yangzongzhuan in versions up to 4.8.1. This issue arises from improper handling of user input in the Edit function located at /system/notice/edit, specifically through the arguments noticeTitle and noticeContent. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability remotely, allowing potentially malicious scripts to be injected and executed in the context of an unsuspecting user's session.
