What is CVE-2025-9251?
A security flaw has been identified in several Linksys router and extender models which is triggered by manipulating the Ssid argument in the sta_wps_pin function. This vulnerability allows attackers to remotely execute a stack-based buffer overflow, potentially compromising the device. Despite early contact, the vendor has not addressed the issue or provided any response about the vulnerability disclosure.
