What is CVE-2026-0307?
Multiple vulnerabilities in the Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect application allow a local user to escalate their privileges to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM on Windows and to root on macOS and Linux. This security flaw enables non-administrative users to execute arbitrary commands with elevated administrative privileges, potentially compromising system integrity. Notably, the GlobalProtect app on iOS, Android, and ChromeOS is not affected by this vulnerability.
